Scott Issel is the Office Manager/ Major Domo for Wilber Law Offices. He came to Wilber Law in July 2017, bringing with him 10 years of experience in the legal field. His combined 30 years of entrepreneurial and corporate management experience give him a unique, creative, and passionate view of the legal theater.
Scott is a Santa Rosa native. As the youngest of three boys raised by a single mother, Scott learned early on that hard work and perseverance would be the lynch pin to success. As a student at Santa Rosa High School in the early eighties, he fought alongside striking teachers, advocating for both teachers and students to bring a voice to those affected by the strike. Taking a stand against the unjust treatment of both teachers and students during that conflict placed him at odds with the administration. However, it instilled in Scott a sense of just treatment, standing firm against oppressive odds and honoring the dissenting opinion.
When not in the office, Scott can be found ballroom dancing with his bride Carrie, cooking, riding one of his Trek Bicycles on the roads of Sonoma County, or racing various routes throughout the state (currently Scott is training for the 2019 Grand Fondo National series).
